 How do I read an Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) document file?


1. Download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. [Download]
2. Double click on the installation file to install Adobe Acrobat.
3. Once you have installed the software, the files should open automatically in your browser.


 How do I listen to an MP3 (.mp3) audio file?


1. Download the free Winamp Media Player. [Download]
2. Double click on the installation file to install Winamp.
3. Right click on the audio file you wish to listen to and click 'Save Target As' (IE) or 'Save Link As' (NS).
4. Once the download is done, double click on the audio file to play.


 How do I view a WMV (.wmv) video file?


1. To view, just left click on the video file and Windows Media Player should pop up to play the file. All versions of Windows from Windows 98 onwards should come with Windows Media Player. Users of Macintosh computers can download Windows Media Player from the Microsoft web site .
2. To save the file to your local hard drive, right click on the video file you wish to view and click 'Save Target As' (IE) or 'Save Link As' (NS).
3. Select a location/folder to save the video file to.
4. Once the download is done, double click on the video file to play.


 How do I view an MPEG (.mpg) video file?


1. To view, just left click on the video file and your default video player (this is usually Windows Media Player or Real Player or Winamp) should pop up to play the file.
2. To save, right click on the video file you wish to view and click 'Save Target As' (IE) or 'Save Link As' (NS).
3. Select a location/folder to save the video file to.
4. Once the download is done, double click on the video file to play.


 How do I download any of the above file formats for viewing later?


1. To save, right click on the file you wish to view and click 'Save Target As' (IE) or 'Save Link As' (NS).

4. You will no longer require an Internet connection to listen to or view the files you have downloaded to your hard drive.


 How do I unzip a ZIP (.zip) archive file?

1. Download the shareware version of Winzip. [Download]
2. Double click on the installation file to install Winzip.
3. To save a file, right click on the zip file you wish to view and click 'Save Target As' (IE) or 'Save Link As' (NS).
4. Select a location/folder to save the zip file to.
5. Once the download is done, right click on the zip file to extract the archived files to a folder for further viewing.
